I founded the Virtual Tour Program when our clients were coming to us with the same common issue — due to Covid-19 agency leasing and ownership needed a way to lease office properties without having physical tours. They didn’t want it to be your typical PowerPoint presentation with limited interactive capabilities. They also didn’t want to pay for a full-blown website but still wanted the type of navigation and interactivity.

Solution

I felt the best way to achieve this was through designing an Epub, which could be easily edited, updated, and shared with a link. It has all the benefits of a website and is easy to present or simply share among prospects.

Outcome

The Virtual Tour Program has had a big impact on our company and clients since commercial real estate is suffering because of the fear to go into the office. They still have spaces to lease and sell, so they need a virtual tour tool to mimic the in-person experience. Clients have been pleased with the level in interest and engagement this virtual tour elicited. They can now easily show available spaces through navigation, animation, interactive stacking plans, videos of amenities, galleries of the space, floorplans, and interactive Matterports.
